About Anthony Gilbert

My name is Anthony Gilbert (you’ve probably guessed that already), and I live on the Eastside of Seattle, Washington – specifically the community of Snoqualmie Ridge, which is located about 10 minutes to the east of Issaquah. Originally from Houston, Texas, I moved to Seattle when a set of life altering circumstances presented me with the opportunity.

To make a long story short – in a span of just a few months in 2010, after years of relative calm, I sold my home, prepared to move, began the very stressful process of selling a business – refused to sell, then later sold – had throat surgery, AND was diagnosed with cancer (since successfully treated). Hmmm… if this is not a call to action,  I don’t know what is!

After the storm settled, it dawned on me that I had a world of opportunity. Thus, I pondered my interests, which led me to a renewed interest in Real Estate – something I have wanted to be involved in professionally since I was very young. I think it is high time to combine my unique interests, experiences and skill-sets into something remarkable.

I firmly believe in the following business principals:

  • Your business will be EARNED through my demonstration of integrity and trustworthiness. Therefore, I expect to earn your trust and your business, rather than assume both are mine from the first time I meet you, or simply because you’ve invited me into your home.
  • Your needs must be EVALUATED and fully understood in order for me to provide proper service. As the service provider, it is my duty to assess and understand your unique needs through effective communication skills and discovery.
  • EDUCATION and consultation are essential elements in serving any client, particularly in a fiduciary relationship. It will be my obligation and pleasure to provide the information necessary for you to make well-informed decisions throughout the course of each transaction.
