According to Trulia, a housing data company, the median Issaquah home sales price was $387,500 as of August 2011. The median home size is 2,030 square feet. Issaquah real estate property tax, according to the local Chamber of Commerce, is currently 8.9904 percent.
Just a few minutes from the communities of Bellevue, Sammamish & Redmond, the area is also home to several large employers, including Microsoft, Costco and Siemens. Additionally, the highly-rated Issaquah School District is a leading factor for many when choosing to buy a home here, when compared to other Eastside Seattle communities. The community often ranks as one of the best places to live in Washington State, and the country.
